1. Orders are placed by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button. For non-multiply customers, please send us an inquiry at offtheracksonline@gmail.com Kindly place PRODUCT INQUIRY : (Product) on the subject line.
We will only process orders after payment is made.
- We require 1-3 days processing time after payment is verified. Items will be shipped on the 4th day and will arrive to you the following day. We will make a note on your order page about timeline for delivery.
- If your choice is not available (where applicable), a customer service assistant will contact you for options.
- Orders with unverified payments are cancelled after 5 days unless extension is requested.
2. Shipping time and cost depends on the item quantity and delivery address The Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer unless otherwise stated. From time to time, shipping fee is waived because of promos. The total shipping fee is shown on the billing information. If delivery date falls on a holiday, your order will be delivered on the next business day. We use LBC or Xend as our courier partner of choice. Tracking number will be provided on your order page.
3. We accept payments through the following:
- BDO, BPI and Credit Card Payments, G-CASH, PayPal via MULTIPLY's Shopping platform. (Recommended as you are protected by Multiply’s Buyer protection program)
- BDO Savings Account Deposit (for non-Multiply transactions).
